I recently had the pleasure of working with a talented realtor from the Tampa Bay area, Camila McGettrick, helping her capture brand photos that she can use to elevate her social media marketing. Our goal was to create versatile, engaging images that reflect her professional, warm personality and the local (and International!) market she serves. One unique aspect of Camila’s brand is that many of her clients are actually from Brazil!
Why Brand Photos Matter in Real Estate
In today’s digital age, real estate professionals (all professionals!) that are active and visible on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn find great success in effectively connecting with and attracting new leads. High-quality, authentic brand photos can make all the difference in standing out from the competition and establishing trust with potential clients. For this shoot, we wanted to create a blend of professional and approachable images she could use mainly for Instagram — whether for listing updates, personal posts, or community highlights. Practically, this looked like Instagram Reel covers, photos she can overlay text with for carousels, etc.

These photos will be mainly featured on her Instagram – updating her profile picture and ensuring her face is always findable among the content she creates. The versatility of the images ensures she can adapt them to different marketing needs, from formal posts to more casual, personal updates that resonate with her audience. The Vision Behind the Shoot
We focused on capturing a variety of looks that align with her brand. This included polished headshots, action shots of her communicating with clients, and candid moments that give her audience opportunities to connect. We had a quick session that mainly focused on providing professional images of her specifically. My recommendation for a future shoot is to incorporate elements of the Tampa Bay lifestyle as well as Brazilian culture—beautiful local scenery, vibrant neighborhoods, and iconic architecture—to tie her brand to the area she loves and the people she serves.
Helping Camila build a visual brand that is cohesive and compelling was such a fun experience. These images will help her connect with clients in an authentic way while showcasing her expertise.
